Biography[]
Born in Aldershot, Hampshire, to opera singer Shirley R.C. and army officer Francis W. Haig. He grew up in Rugby, Warwickshire and was educated at Rugby School.
He married Julia Gray in 2010. They have five children together and they are patrons of SANDS, a charity dealing with stillbirth and neonatal death.
